Hello All ~

It’s time once again to search for a Guest Artist for AmeCon~! ^_^

This tradition, started in 2007, sees AmeCon offering the chance for anyone within the community to show off their artistic flair to create a special convention badge worn by our honoured guests ^_^ Not only would the hard work of the winner be worn by our guests this year, but you will also receive AmeCon goodies!

The main feature of the artwork should be the convention mascot, Ame-Chan. There are various images of Ame-Chan dotted around the website, and examples of previous AmeCon badges can be found here and here to help you.

Please bear in mind that up to a third of the bottom of the artwork may be covered by writing and nametags, so try to avoid placing any important features of the artwork in this area as it may be hidden underneath text.

Artwork Specs:-

• Minimum size: 6cm wide x 9cm tall. 
• Maximum size: None
• Minimum resolution: 300dpi
• Full Colour (CMYK preferred, RGB acceptable)
• Acceptable Formats: .psd .jpg .tiff .eps (If you wish to submit in a different format, please contact us first to check compatibility)
• Content: Must be suitable for all audiences (i.e no nudity/suggestive poses etc)
• Both digital and hand-drawn pieces are accepted, but hand-drawn pieces must be scanned in and submitted digitally. We cannot accept any applications by post. You can either send the image as an email attachment, or upload it to a filesharing site/your own webspace and email the link.
